I don’t talk much here on my blog. Honestly I’m a little shy, and I generally prefer to let my pictures do the talking… but, I have to say something here about my Australian family…. I have been fortunate since I moved to America to visit home at least twice a year. It is hard to explain to anyone that hasn’t lived in a country that isn’t their home just how important (and sometimes sanity saving) it is to be back in your country of origin where everything is as you have known it your whole life. For me Australia really means just a tiny little corner on the East Coast, around the beautiful hills of Byron Bay, this is where I was living when I met Khari, and where we spent the first 3 years of Samara’s life. Every time I get home I try to get in at least one shoot with my Byron family and their beautifully wild and free children. This is a glimpse into the people I love and their lives.
